Below is the grave of David McSwain , located McSwain family cemetary , near Shelby North Carolina .This Cemetary is located in Cleveland County N.C. . Take Highway18 south out of Shelby . About 5 miles out of Shelby you will come to a caution light . Take Mt. Sinai Church Rd. on right , follow this road for about 3 miles . After passing Mt. Sinai Church on left , go about a 1/2 mile further . You Will come to a Brick House on the right in a grove of trees . The cemetary is back behind the house . Stop at the house to ask permission . I was there in 2002 , but I think these directions are still good.
